The topic has already been discussed from many perspectives, so the challenge consists of developing innovative approaches and to discover more in-depth the relationship of people with their natural environment through close readings of artworks, literary texts, legal documents, medical treatises, etc.

Program

Actual meeting times: arrival on Thu, April 27, with a social event at 7 p.m. in the hotel, hospitality suite no. 134

The conference begins on Fri morning at the University, Bio East, no. 100. I’ll meet you all in the hotel lobby at 8:15 a.m. We will take the streetcar to the University.

Start of the symposium at 9:00 a.m.

End at ca. 5:00 p.m. Then a tour of the campus. Dinner at Box Yard, on 4th Ave.

Return to the hotel at ca. 7:30 p.m. Social gathering, same location, until ca. 10 p.m.

Same schedule on Sat. We’ll discuss the plans for the volume in the evening.

Departure on Sunday, April 30, at your leisure.
