We are currently accepting students to start in the Spring 2025 semester.
The mission of our laboratory is to understand how the brain is processing language and related cognitive tasks, in healthy people and with individuals with acquired language disorders. We are also working on developing evidence-based interventions.
Various disciplines and backgrounds are welcome!
If you are an undergraduate interested in joining the lab as a research assistant for pay (depending on availability of funds), course/thesis credit, or on a volunteer basis, please reach out to Dr. Kielar at akielar@arizona.edu with your resume attached.

Before we start working with on research projects there is some required training that everyone needs to complete:
HIPAA Training
Go to UAccess, then Edge Learning and then the icon for the HIPAA certification course. If you haven’t done HIPAA before you may need to add training to your list and enroll.

When completed send pdf certificates of completion to Dr. Kielar.
