Equipment: Each presentation room will be equipped with a podium, projector, and microphone. Presenters are responsible for bringing their own laptops.
Connectivity: Please ensure your device can connect via HDMI. If your laptop requires an adapter, remember to bring one with you.

Specifications for Poster Presentations:

Poster size and format: Posters should be printed in a vertical format, measuring 36 inches wide by 49 inches tall. Display boards will be provided on site.
