On Friday, April 26, 2024 I learned I would get to be a teacher for the rest of my life: a dream come true. I was – and still am, after a few days – overwhelmed with joy and gratitude, and I am excited for what lies ahead and the work I will be able to do, starting right away!
Tenure is a team effort and I am truly grateful to the wonderful people that took up the challenge with me many years ago, when I started my PhD, and accompanied me all this time. My family, my friends, my mentors, my colleagues (I may never know if you wrote a letter for my tenure case, but if you did, please know I am thankful for the interactions we had and all your support!), my students, the whole Wildcats community.
