Tres Rios Water Reclamation Facility Virtual Field Trip

In this interactive activity, students will go on a virtual field trip to Pima County’s Tres Rios Water Reclamation Facility. The slide show has multiple embedded videos as well as student questions. 

• Objective: Students will understand the process of water treatment and how water is “reclaimed” by Pima County with emphasis on use in the Santa Cruz River.
• Grade levels: 6, 7, 8 – adaptable to high school and upper elementary
