Emerging Quantum Materials and Devices

  • Memtransistor: Prospects for the Three-Terminal In-memory Computing Device

Welcome to the Yan Research Group

Our research is interdisciplinary and involves exploration of emerging quantum materials, electronic and optical device design, nanofabrication, circuit integration, and algorithm implementation. We develop material and device solutions for the next-generation computing applications, including neuromorphic computing with low-power consumption and bio-mimicking functionalities, and quantum sensing with ultrahigh sensitivity and precision.
