I am an Associate Professor in the Department of Epidemiology and Biostatistics at the University of Arizona. My research focus is developing theoretically justifiable and computationally efficient methods for complex and big data arising in data-rich areas, such as medical imaging and genomics. I am particularly interested in nonparametric modeling, computational biology, medical imaging analysis, and big data analytics.
I earned Ph.D. in Statistics from the University of Georgia in 2018, advised by Ping Ma.
