Pioneering research regarding antigen presentation and T cell responses in skin cancer

The Hastings Laboratory investigates the immune response to skin cancer. We study antigen presentation, prediction of immunogenic neoantigens, and T cell recognition of cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma and melanoma, using immunological, cellular and molecular biological techniques, mouse models, human specimens, and bioinformatics.
