Postdoc Research Scholar/ Research scientist positions are available in Mohammed Hassan’s group (Quantum Electron Imaging lab) at the Physics Department, University of Arizona, Tucson, Arizona.
The research activities in Hassan’s group are interdisciplinary, spanning physics, chemistry, and biology. The successful candidate(s) will work on different projects focusing on developing and utilizing the attosecond electron imaging facility for imaging quantum electron motion in solid states, molecules, and biological systems in real time and space.
The successful candidate should have experience in Ultrafast Electron Microscope, Scanning Tunneling Microscope, Scanning Transmission Electron Microscope, and ultrafast laser systems.
